Your care comes from Dominion Health, a San Antonio physician group, so there's a real clinic and real doctors behind the app.
How Online TRT Works
- Request a consultation. Fill out the form or call (210) 944-8855. Tell us your state and your goals.
- Lab work. Complete a male hormone panel ($149) at our San Antonio clinic.
- Video visit. A Dominion Health physician reviews your symptoms, history and results with you.
- Physician decision. If TRT is appropriate, your physician builds a plan. If it isn't, we explain why and what else may help.
- Medication shipped. Eligible prescriptions are shipped to your door.
- Ongoing monitoring. Regular check-ins and repeat labs keep your plan safe and on track.
Is Telehealth TRT Right for You?
Telehealth TRT can be a good fit if you:
- Live in Texas
- Have symptoms of low testosterone (see low T symptoms)
- Can complete lab work and regular follow-ups
- Are comfortable with video visits

TRT is a prescription controlled substance. Responsible online TRT includes:

- Easy access to your care team when something feels off
Be cautious of any service that prescribes testosterone without labs or follow-up.
